We do not accept returns of opened DVDs due to the nature of the product and anti-piracy concerns. You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt of your order (or gift) for a credit or refund of the cost of the items. Shipping is not refundable. Insurance or tracking is advised. A credit will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, or if you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail within one to two months.
